How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled in Apple's settings, not in the app. Open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select the app, and choose Cancel Subscription. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date stops the next charge; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

I paid but the features did not unlock.

Open the app, go to the subscription or store screen, and use Restore Purchases — this re-reads your entitlement from Apple. If it still does not unlock, email support with the Apple receipt and the app version, and we will fix it manually.

How do I delete my data?

Write to the privacy address from the account email you used, or use the in-app delete option where available. We confirm the request, delete your personal data, and reply once it is done — normally within 30 days.

Will I lose progress if I stop for a while?

No. Neither app resets progress for inactivity. Soulscape's Tower of Practice, sanctuary and Sprout collection are all preserved, and Đẹp Tướng keeps your saved readings.

Which devices are supported?

Both apps run on iPhone and iPad on currently supported versions of iOS. There is no Android or web version at this time.

What information should I include in a bug report?

The app name and version, your device model and iOS version, what you were doing when it happened, and a screenshot or screen recording if you have one. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it on the first try.
