This policy applies to purchases made inside Soulscape: Meditation & Emotion and Đẹp Tướng — Nhân Tướng Thẩm Mỹ, published by ANT INTELLIGENCE JOINT STOCK COMPANY.
1. Who takes your money
All purchases in our apps are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple is the merchant of record. We do not receive, see or store your payment card details, and we cannot issue a card refund directly — that has to come from Apple.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time, without contacting us and without giving a reason:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Select the app, then Cancel Subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to stop the next charge. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for — cancelling does not cut you off immediately.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. The billing relationship is with Apple and continues until you cancel it in Settings.
3. Requesting a refund from Apple
Apple handles refund requests for App Store purchases under its own terms:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
- Find the purchase and choose Request a refund.
- Select a reason and submit. Apple decides the outcome.
Apple generally responds within 48 hours. Refund decisions are Apple’s, not ours.
4. When we step in
We will support your refund request with Apple, and where we are able to we will resolve the problem directly, in these cases:
- You were charged twice for the same period.
- You paid and the features never unlocked, and Restore Purchases did not fix it. In most cases we can grant the entitlement manually, straight away, without you waiting on a refund.
- A defect on our side made the paid feature unusable for a meaningful part of your billing period.
- We discontinued a paid feature you were actively paying for. We will arrange a pro-rated refund.
- An unauthorised purchase was made on your device, including by a child. We will confirm the facts to Apple in support of your request.
Write to support@antintellect.com with the app name, the approximate date of the charge, and the Apple receipt if you have it. We reply within two business days.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law. In particular, consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases, subject to the exceptions that apply where supply of the content has begun with your express consent. Consumers elsewhere may have equivalent statutory rights. Where such a right applies, it takes precedence over the procedures described above.
6. Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The trial length and the price that follows it are shown before you confirm, and only one trial is available per Apple Account per product.
7. Credits and consumables
Credit packs in Đẹp Tướng are consumable purchases. Once credits have been spent on a reading they cannot be restored or refunded, except where the reading failed to deliver because of a fault on our side — in which case we re-credit your account.
8. Price changes
If we raise the price of an existing subscription, Apple notifies you in advance. Depending on the size of the change and your region, the subscription will either pause until you agree to the new price or continue only with your explicit consent. You can always cancel instead.
