These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile applications, websites and related services (the “Services”) provided by ANT INTELLIGENCE JOINT STOCK COMPANY, trading as Ant Intelligence (“Ant Intelligence”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Vietnam with its registered office at No. 10, Alley 131, Tran Phu Street, Ha Dong Ward, Hanoi, 100000, Vietnam.
By downloading, installing, or using any of the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services
Ant Intelligence develops and publishes mobile applications, currently including Soulscape: Meditation & Emotion and Đẹp Tướng — Nhân Tướng Thẩm Mỹ. The Services are distributed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s own terms in addition to these Terms.
We may add, change, or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces functionality you have paid for, we will give notice and, where required, offer a pro-rated refund.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Soulscape. Features that involve submitting a photograph for facial analysis in Đẹp Tướng require you to be at least 16 years old, or to have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Your licence to use the apps
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the applications on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. This licence does not transfer ownership of anything.
You may not
- copy, modify, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Services, except where that restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense or otherwise distribute the Services;
- remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notice, branding or attribution;
- use automated means to access, scrape, or place unreasonable load on the Services;
- upload any photograph of a person who has not consented to that photograph being analysed;
- use the Services to break any law, infringe anyone’s rights, or harass any person.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you create in the Services — reflections, journal entries, photographs, and any other material (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely so that we can operate the Services for you. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not sell Your Content, and we do not use the substance of your personal reflections or your photographs to train third-party models.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription or credit purchase. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, at the price then displayed.
- You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy and may vary by region and over time. Price increases affecting an existing subscription take effect only after notice and, where required, your consent.
- Credits and other consumable purchases are non-transferable and have no cash value.

6. Nature of the Services — important
Soulscape
Soulscape supports everyday emotional wellbeing. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis or in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service or a qualified mental health professional.
Đẹp Tướng
Đẹp Tướng is published in the Entertainment category. Its readings draw on traditional East Asian physiognomy, Taoist thought and Eight Characters astrology, and are offered for cultural interest and enjoyment only. They are not statements of fact, not predictions, and must not be relied on for medical, financial, legal, employment, relationship, or other consequential decisions.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Services running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons, and will give notice where it is practical to do so.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting the app and, if you wish, requesting deletion of your data. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if continued provision would expose us or other users to significant risk. Where we terminate without cause, we will refund any unused portion of a paid subscription.
9. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, designs, illustrations, characters (including the Sprouts and Chi Chi), text, sound, and the Ant Intelligence name and marks, are owned by ANT INTELLIGENCE JOINT STOCK COMPANY or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you.
10. Third parties
The Services rely on third parties including Apple for distribution and payment, and infrastructure and analytics providers listed in the Privacy Policy. Apple is not a party to these Terms, is not responsible for the Services, and has no obligation to provide support for them. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded, and consumers may have statutory rights that these Terms do not affect.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ant Intelligence will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or US$50. This limit does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or to any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Ant Intelligence against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or content you submit that infringes the rights of another person.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will give notice in the app or by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Services after that date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Services and contact us about a refund of any unused paid period.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Vietnam, except where the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
Before starting formal proceedings, please write to us. Most problems are faster to solve by email than by lawyer.
16. General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, on notice to you.
