Overthinking
Counting Breaths · An Alpine Meadow at Night
Press play once you’re in bed. A calm voice tells you a story over a soundscape that slowly breathes with you — then fades away on its own once you’ve drifted off.

another late night… and my mind is still awake.
You remember nights in 2014 — head on the pillow, gone in minutes. Now it’s 03:25, the phone is still in your hand and your thoughts won’t stop. Mindful Haven was made to bring those nights back, without asking you to do anything except press play.
When you first open the app, it asks a few gentle questions — what keeps you up, how long it takes you to fall asleep, when you’d like to go to bed — and suggests a story for tonight.
Counting Breaths · An Alpine Meadow at Night
Body Scan for Sleep · The Night Flight Home
A Cabin in the Snow · The Harbour at Dusk
Rain on the Tent · Night Train North
Every session moves through three phases and ends by itself. You never need to touch your phone again.
A slow, warm voice reads over your soundscape. While it speaks, the sounds dip gently beneath it; towards the end, the layers thin and occasional sounds grow rarer.
Still awake? After a few seconds of silence the story begins again, with the background kept low. Three times by default — or until you stop it.
The mix quietly thins out and switches off over the time you choose (30 minutes by default). Or pick “All night” to keep a soft bed of sound playing until morning.
Built so nothing pulls you back awake — no obvious loops, no sudden changes, no screens to tap.
The whole mix rises and settles to a shared breathing rhythm that slows from 10 to 4.5 breaths a minute over 25 minutes. The music eases down with it.
Sounds overlap with long crossfades and start at random points, so rain stays rain — not the same eight seconds over and over.
Layer up to 8 sounds, set the volume of each one and save up to 12 favourite mixes. Tap a ready-made soundscape to hear it instantly.
The player shows soft shapes and ripples that move with the sound and dim as the night goes on. Subtitles follow the story line by line.
See how many minutes you listened each night this week, and jot down in the morning when you slept, when you woke and how it felt.
Always a dark interface. Keeps playing with the screen locked, with lock-screen controls, and pauses itself when a call comes in.
About 85 minutes of narrated sleep stories in English, each paired with its own soundscape.
Rain on a roof, waves against a harbour, a crackling fire, a night train — or just sounds, no words at all.
What keeps you up at night is your business. Mindful Haven was built so it stays that way.
Mindful Haven is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.
